Rosilyn has a BA from the University of Calgary and an MA from Simon Fraser University in Economics where she studied issues related to developing countries. After several years as a management consultant with Deloitte and Touche, Rosilyn moved back to academia, where she recently completed a term as the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Douglas College. She has twice lived and taught in Shanghai, China.

David J. Brown is currently a counselor to the highest financial council at the world headquarters of the Community of Christ where he was previously working as the controller. He is a certified public accountant and has worked in the church's Fiscal Services since January 1979.

A native of New London, Iowa, Dave received a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Graceland College, Lamoni, Iowa, and an M.B.A. degree in accounting from the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
