Pounding the Pavement for Poverty

Erin Shaw, a long time volunteer of World Accord and former Intern, will running in the Mississauga Marathon on May 13, 2007 (http://www.mississaugamarathon.com/). Erin will be running the half Marathon to raise funds for World Accord and her goal is $100 per KM for a total of $2100!! The event will require great dedication and endurance from Erin.

Dedication and endurance are also needed in the marathon fight to eradicate poverty. With your continued support World Accord, along with friends like Erin, will continue to carry the torch until poverty is a word of the past.
